Every Flitch produced has a unique serial number – and this number is at the same time the unique, solvable starting position of your puzzle. Each starting position exists only once. No Flitch is like another.
Every physical Flitch comes with a unique digital original: an image of exactly this starting position, stored tamper-proof. You can think of it as a digital certificate of authenticity – it proves that your Flitch is genuine and one of a kind.
